He was carrying a bag of beer cans and made it as far as the Fountains at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino. People just walked by him without paying attention. Is that normal? Is that ok? Should we care? Well he is one of many passed out folks along the Las Vegas Strip - which seems to be a part of the social norm here. I had actually walked by this passed out guy at 12:10 AM and later found him still there (snoring away) at 2:00 AM (the time of this photo).
